Camping in 2011 is all about the Log Pod! Forget about putting up a tent - just rock up to your wooden hut and roll out your sleeping bag. Bryncoch Farm offers Log Pod accommodation on its gorgeous campsite set on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, near to the town of Ammanford. The Log Pods are timber camping huts (sleeping up to 6) that are double insulated, so they are as warm in the winter as they are cool in summer. The campsite is set around a small lake, an ideal location for walkers and cyclists to venture from, or for the less energetic - a great place to just rest and relax.

Situated within a lush green area of North Carmarthenshire within 30 minutes’ drive to Cardigan Bay coast. Rolling hills, great night skies, rural without being remote. 3 fabulous handmade-in-Wales yurts on wooden decks each sleeping a couple or a couple plus up to 2 small children. Located on a small organic farm which also has two cottages (one enormous). Camping area with two hook ups for up to 4 additional tents. Compost loo. Shared summerhouse kitchen with two-ring gas cooker, fridge, sink and wash basin. Separate loos and showers in farmyard. Organic veg, herbs and fruit available and fulltime veggie chef on site!

Eight camping pitches are situated in a large meadow surrounded by woodland. Each pitch has a private, well equipped camp kitchen and outdoor fire-pit. There is one double pitch for two bell tents, sharing a large kitchen, and is ideal for two families or a group of up to ten. The smallholding is home to a small flock of rare breed sheep who cheerfully perform their lawn mowing duties. There are often lambs to see and campers can also help themselves to fresh eggs from the hens in the camping field. For the adventurous spirit there are plenty of activities to be enjoyed including mountain biking, horse riding, coasteering, sailing, kayaking and seal watching on the West coast.

Paddle in the river, walk the farm, enjoy the views down to the river, have a camp fire and relax in the beautiful surroundings of a working organic farm on the banks of the River Teifi. Bell tents that accommodate from four-six people. Facilities include a compost loo (flushing loo in the yard area), hot shower, fridge and mobile phone charging point. Collect fresh eggs for your breakfast or try some homemade burgers or stakes from the freezer for your BBQ. You’ll be pleased to know that a scrumptiously appley cider called 'Teifi Crush' is made in small batches on the farm.

Two Yurts situated around 75 metres apart, each housed on its own individual wooden decking. The Arks can sleep up to 5 people, with a double bed and three futons. Decorated with wall hangings & framed photos of animals on the farm. The floor is laminated with rugs - there is also a sideboard & small table & chairs. The kitchens & bathrooms are shared by both Yurts. The main kitchen is electrically fully-equipped with cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave & a separate fridge/freezer for each Yurt. There is also a mini-kitchen which has a camping gas stove on the decking outside. Electric shower & toilet is located next to the main kitchen, there is also a second toilet next to the mini-kitchen. Forty acres of the farm is open for walking. The walk will take you passed two wildfowl ponds with their resident Mallards. An abundance of other wildlife can also be seen on the farm walk.

Gypsy van and shepherd’s hut in beautiful secluded locations on a 400 acre farm in the Towy Valley. A place of castles and legend. There is small belfast sink, and for the days when you don’t want to barbeque, a gas double burner with a small grill. There is a separate mobile shower and loo with a view!

This traditional wagon is privately located well down its own track in beautiful farmland with views to the Black Mountains, and it even comes complete with a wood fired hot tub!
